Root Canal Treatment

Endodontic treatment is applied when infection or inflammation occurs in the tooth's pulp (soft tissue containing nerves and blood vessels). This situation usually occurs as a result of deep caries, cracked or broken teeth, or trauma to the tooth. Treatment involves removing the infected or damaged pulp, cleaning, disinfecting, and then filling the root canals.
